Oppo Find N recently debuted during the Oppo Inno Day 2021 and is the company’s first foldable phone. The phone has a waterdrop hinge that minimizes the crease in the middle which is often a pain-point with foldable. Other than that, the Find N is a top-of-the-line phone with a flagship Snapdragon 888 chip, a triple camera setup on the back, a high refresh rate LTPO AMOLED display and is relatively compact than most foldable available in the
market.
The Oppo Find N is exclusive to China for now and retails starting at CNY 7699 for the base variant with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage and CNY 8999 for the 12GB/512GB storage option. This loosely translates to a starting price of Rs 92,000 by direct conversion. However, there is currently no word on the official launch of the Find N in India.
The Oppo Find N has a thickness of 8mm when unfolded and measures 15.6mm when folded. It weighs 275 grams with the frame being made from aluminium. The front and the back of the phone is covered in Gorilla Glass Victus for added protection.
Oppo Find N features a large 7.1-inch LTPO AMOLED display that has a 1920x1792 pixels resolution with support for 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ and a punch-hole notch cutout for the selfie camera.
The cover AMOLED display measures 5.49 inches with a 1972x988 pixels resolution and is topped with Gorilla Glass.
The Oppo Find N is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chip with an octa-core CPU and Adreno 660 GPU. This is paired with upto 12GB RAM and 512GB UFS 3.1 storage options to choose from. It runs on Android 11 based ColorOS 12.
The Find N is also equipped with stereo speakers, WiFi 6 support, a side-mounted fingerprint reader and more. It has a 4,500mAh battery that supports 33W fast wired charging, 15W fast wireless charging and 10W reverse charging.
The Oppo Find N has triple cameras on the back headlined by a 50MP camera with f/1.8 aperture and OIS, a 13MP telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom and a 16MP ultra-wide camera with 123-degree FOV. The rear cameras can record in 4K UHD at upto 60FPS and have a 32 MP selfie camera on the cover display and the main display.
The starting price of Oppo Find N is ₹92,000 for the base variant with 12 GB 512 GB.
